Do you take science seriously?

Many Christians do not.  In fact, most not only look back at the historical debates concerning biblical cosmology (i.e., creation ex nihilo, geocentrism, evolution, etc.) as irrelevant in our modern day, but many are also unconcerned about how scientists are now beginning to pry into the secrets of the elementary constituents of the cosmos.

If more Christians did take science seriously, they would realize how often the Bible speaks about scientific matters (e.g., geology, paleontology, hydrology, astronomy, meteorology, biology, anthropology, etc.), repent of their epistemological naturalism, and reclaim the absolute authority of scripture.

God calls you to take science seriously:

For after God said, “Of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die…” the serpent said, “You will not surely die. For God knows that in the day you eat of it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” (Gen. 2:6-17 and 3:4-5)
